One of the most common questions we receive is “How does this work?” iKitchens Etc. partners with you from start to finish using our proven design-build process. This ensures a seamless experience, marrying your vision and style with our extensive expertise in residential design and remodeling. We plan and oversee every aspect of your project while communicating with you at every step, making your renovation a stress-free process.

1. Connect: Contact us for a preliminary conversation about your project and how we can work together. If iKitchens sounds like a good match, we'll meet at our East Falmouth design studio to review your goals, project, budget and more while you get to know our team.
2. Design: Once you decide to work with us, we develop a design portfolio with multiple layouts and 3D renderings so you can visualize your dream space. We consider your structure, functional needs, style and budget in each design. Once it's finalized, you'll visit our design studio again to select new materials and fixtures for your home, including cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring and hardware. This is where our expertise helps to streamline your decision-making.
3. Estimate: With the design and materials set, we produce a detailed estimate of the cost of your project. Once you've reviewed it, we'll sign a contract that includes scope, timeline and payment schedule.
4. Prepare: Before kicking off your renovation, we'll set you up with a dedicated online project portal where we'll exchange messages, files, photos and schedule updates throughout the project. We'll also do a pre-construction visit to your home with one of our construction leads.
5. Build: Our talented team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors turn your design into reality. And we keep you informed with messages and pictures at every step. As the project nears completion, we'll walk through the space with you to discuss any remaining work to be done to consider the project finished.
6. Warranty: After your project is done, all of our work is warrantied for one year, so you can rest easy knowing that we'll deliver quality work and will address any issues that may arise.
